Assisted Living

Our residents’ health and safety are our top priority. Our caregivers offer exceptional medical care, encourage community building and build trust with residents in an engaging, supportive environment.

We offer seven levels of care, depending on individual needs. Trained staff, directed by a registered nurse, are available around-the-clock should any resident need assistance. Our rates are based on the level of care needed. Call us today for an assessment and pricing information.

Assisted living allows seniors to enjoy the comfort of their own apartments with furnishings from their home. Our assisted living units offer residents a level of independence and privacy while also having access to trained staff any time they need assistance.

We encourage residents to participate in a wide range of social activities, on- and off-site, to strengthen connections with their neighbors and become a part of their community.

    Memory Care Community

At Providence Brookside Manor, 24-hour assistance from our highly trained staff assures that residents with dementia will be cared for in a loving, home-like environment. Residents live in “neighborhoods” of no more than 12 units, each with a separate kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The Memory Care community is a secured environment; family and friends enter and exit the area with a security code.

Our staff works with families to get to know each resident as a unique individual. We’re committed to meeting their changing needs as part of our person-centered care approach.

The Sunshine Club for Older Adults with Dementia

The Sunshine Club is our daily activity program for older individuals with dementia that reside in the Hood River community. Available Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., it provides a warm, engaging environment for older adults with dementia. Our program offers a valuable respite for caregivers, helping them keep their loved ones at home longer with peace of mind.
