Our outpatient rehabilitation program is dedicated to helping patients get back to their very best. Structured to support medically stable individuals, our outpatient therapy services are provided in a well-equipped gym and private treatment rooms.
A physician referral may be required.
We offer specialized rehabilitative care through physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology. Our services include:

- Integrated brain injury program

- Pelvic floor rehabilitation
