- Convenient scheduling, online or by phone
- Easy referrals to specialty care
- Primary, specialty, urgent and emergency care near you
- Virtual and in-person appointments, including ExpressCare Virtual
- 24/7 access to your health records and provider messages through the Providence App
With Providence, you have access to the most comprehensive health care network in Southern California. We provide referrals, then help you access care with specialists and other services as needed. We’re here to provide quality care and health education that you can trust – available close to home.
Primary care is essential. That’s why we offer this service at many different clinics – so you don’t have to leave your community to get care. Find a primary care location near you. Additionally, you can get easy access to after-hours care through our nurse advice line, urgent care or ExpressCare virtual, or emergency care.
We make it easy to schedule appointments online or by phone. Video visits are also offered at most primary care clinics. Through MyChart or the Providence app, you have 24/7 access to your health records, provider communications and more.
New patients are seen quickly by a provider; physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners are also here to see you if a provider isn’t immediately available. Your care team could also include nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health providers, case managers and health navigators.
